Otto also likes hanging out in the tub. Some days he just wants to go to bed and others he can play around in the water for an hour - if you let him!
Otto has been hanging out with his buddy Garrett lately. Otto is jabbering away in his own language and two of them just seem to intregue eachother or at least the other's toys do...Otto Loves Garret's vacuum cleaner! or they just hang out in the dog beds together.
